The Lubaga North Councillor LCV elect James Mubiru is dead, police has told Newsday.

“His body is in the city mortury,” Mr. Patrick Onyango, the Police spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan confirmed on Sunday morning via telephone.

This now puts an end to speculation the confusion following his death after his abduction on March 12 from Kasubi market by men on a Drone car
