Kawempe North MP elect Ssegirinya Mohammed is unconscious at Doctor’s clinic hospital at Seguku.
He is having severe dysentery that has led to dehydration.
In hospital he was accompanied by his wife and is currently receiving medication.
His brother Walugembe Robert Mawanda told Newsday his young brother was weak when he was removed from Kitalya Prison after a court bail on charges of illegal assembly.
He is also facing charges of forgery of academic documents.
