MBARARA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The Police in Mbarara have arrested four suspects in connection with theft of motor vehicle registration number plates.
The suspects include Besiga Norman, Mucunguzi Didas, Mugume Didas and Amutuhaire Kenneth.
“They were all arrested during the course of this week,” police said in a statement.
