KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: Public fear has escalated with a release of yet another group of panga men (machete killers) in a non dentified place.
Six men are seen moving from a banana plantation holding shiny pangas before they jump over a perimeter fence. It is not known what they did inside the fence.
This comes barely a week after another video was released when men attacked houses in Nansana, Wakiso District. Time tags in the latest video indicate the attack was done on August 26 at 2am.
Meanwhile unconfirmed reports on Wednesday indicated the Security threats had extended to Nateete, Kyengera, Mutundwe, Bweyogerere, Namugongo and Kampala.
It is alleged that thugs weilding Pangas moving at night have been reported in those areas as was in Masaka. The thugs reportedly scream and make alarms as if they are neighbours being attacked to attract their targets to open gated and to rob or hack.
