KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The brother to Cardinal Emmanuel Wamala, Msgr. Henry Kyabusa has died, Catholic Church sources have said.
he was aged 92.
Kyabusa taught at Bukalasa Minor Seminary and he will be buried here on Saturday.
Mr. Elvis Kintu a staunch catholic said remembers Msgr Kyabusa as a main celebrant when twenty years ago, he had just joined Bukalasa Minor Seminary.
“The first Saturday Mass was presided over by Msgr. Kyabukasa as the Main celebrant. I felt bad that he spoke Luganda with difficulty, I thought that such a person couldn’t teach well in a class.,” Kintu says.
Kyabusa was trained at the Oxford University in London and he spoke English with emphasis to phonetics.
He will be remembered for good time keeping and scrutiny of facts.
