Later on a video went around and indeed Kisoro had just broken the record for mundane acts witnessed in Uganda.

NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu together with other Party officials today visited Kawempe North MP Muhammad Ssegirinya at Mulago where he is being treated while handcuffed on a hospital bed. Local Govt Minister Raphael Magyezi pays a courtesy call to the Katikkiro at Mengo. For onlookers, Magyezi of the Togikwatako lifting infamy was at Mengo to plead with the Katikkiro to rein on Buganda’s Local Government leaders not to boycott Uganda Local Government Authority the body that brings together Local Govt leaders in the country.
