Last week, Kirabo had been expected in court but skipped court prompting presiding judge to issue arrest warrant.
State Attorney Ms.Happiness Ainebyoona on Wednesday told court that government has put in a lot of resources into this case and therefore requested court to put tough conditions and execute the bond of the sureties.

“At least with the punitive action faces by the sureties, thwy will have to produce the suspect. This time the police has done its job even with some figures in the judiciary attempting to frustrating justice to prevail,” Gashumba said.
Mirembe disappeared and her body was recovered in a sugarcane plantation on July 7,2015. Kirabo who was her girlfriend then confessed to have killed Mirembe and was arrested but later given bail in November 2016 as he even completed his studies at Makerere University and has been out of prison.
