KAMPALA-UGANDA/ NEWSDAY: Novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija has fled Uganda, through Rwanda.

His lawyer Eron Kamukama confirmed the novelist, who was badly tortured by security agencies had left Uganda on Wednesday.
