3rd: Climate action needs massive financing sums that exceed the annual 100 billion dollars pledged by Copenhagen conference in 2009, this makes private sector engagement in financing climate projects in the shape of investments a must, it also requires new agreement on the rules and priorities of financing post 2025 climate projects.

4th: Improvement of regional cooperation in implementing climate projects that have geographic aspects transcend one country boundaries.

5th: Localizing of climate projects that are compatible with sustainable development programs in villages, cities, far regions and islands in a framework that aims to achieve the goals of the holistic approach.

The climate champion stressed that youth, CSOs and HLCs will play a big and vital role in making COP27 successful, saying that the conference agenda contains a day of events for youth and CSOs particularly.
