A video taken of a couple before they met death Sunday morning has emeeged. It was captured from Guvnors where they had hanged with colleagues.
Norbert Tizikara,32, an Architect with the Uganda Police Construction Unit and the proprietor of Redion Designs is seen deeply hugging his girlfriend, Caroline Aturinda who was waiting for her graduation on 22.07.22 of Diploma in law from Law Development center.
Their vehicle, a Mercedes Benz ML Reg. No. UBJ 053N collided with a locomotive at Kinawataka leading to fatalities.
