Sino truck kills, injures students in Gomba

GOMBA.Police is counting the number of dead and injured students after a Chinese truck rammed into a classroom in Gomba.

The accident happened at Kasaka Senior Secondary school in Gomba district on Tuesday at 3:30 pm.

The driver of the Sino truck number UBL 790J lost control and rammed into the school fence, proceeded through to the school computer Lab that was occupied by students, killing a yet to be specified number.

A S5 student Evelyn Namagembe, Bosco Mawanda S2 and Hilda Asege S4 have so far beeno identified among the dead by Faridah Nampiima the traffic police spokesperson
