Two Charged For Stealing 2 Billions From An America

The Anti corruption agencies have arrested and brought to book two individuals alleged to have stolen from an American national in Jinja City, Uganda.

Officials from the State House Anti Corruption Unit, Uganda police and the office of the DPP , Tuesday 18, 2024 arraigned Ntende Wycliffe and Boogere Stephen before the Chief Magistrates Court in Jinja on charges of theft and conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

The duo and others still at large in Jinja City, conspired and stole property including; motor vehicles, household properties and land among others, worth over 2 Billion Uganda Shillings, belonging to Eric Krane Scott an American Entreprenuer.

They denied the charges and were remanded until 7th October 2024 as investigations continue.
