Muslim World League Donates Boardroom Chairs to UMSC.

Sheikh Muhammad Jibril Amum, the Country Director of the Muslim World League (MWL), an international charity based in the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has donated a set of 21 boardroom chairs, including an executive seat, to the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC). The donation is part of MWL’s special contribution as the UMSC prepares to commemorate its 50+ years of existence since its inception in 1972.
The chairs were officially handed over to Hon. Hadji Abbas Muluubya Ssekyanzi, the UMSC Secretary General, who expressed gratitude on behalf of His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda, and the UMSC National Management Committee, Tuesday Nov 26th 2024.Hon. Muluubya described the donation as timely, symbolizing the council’s new dispensation drive under the adopted catchword “Tuli Kukipya”, which means “the UMSC new dispensation drive.”
Hon. Muluubya extended heartfelt thanks to the MWL for their generous support and emphasized that the chairs would enhance the council’s operations while further solidifying the bond of brotherhood between the UMSC and MWL. He also pledged to ensure the chairs are used appropriately to benefit the council.
