A section of prime property of the late Kampala city tycoon Hajj Bulaimu Muwanga Kibirige aka BMK registered in the names of his son is set to be auctioned with in 30 days unless he pays state minister for youth , Hon Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi shillings close to 2 billions cash in debt.

Balaam says he wants the BMK family to pay him his outstanding loan amounting to about 1,592,332,000 in Ugandan currency with in thirty days or they forfeit their prime property in Buziga a Kampala upscale area.

The loan emanates from a 1.2 billion deal the minister extended to BMK family in the last days of Hajj BMK on earth but which the family is failing to pay now 4 years.

According to court documents seen by this Media, Balaam filed a case no 0067/2024 against Kalule Muwanga Kibirige a son to late BMK and now court has issued orders for the alleged sale unless payments is realized with in 30 days.

The property with expensive flats and apartments in balance in located on plot 46, Mulamula road in Buziga Kampala.

The execution orders were entrusted with Muteesasira Associates and Court bailiff who have poised to draw the hummer. But Balaam said, as a parent BMK family still has a chance to talk to him if they have another way of paying his money.
