The State House Anti Corruption unit working with Uganda police and office of the DPP
have arraigned Naluyima Josephine, a marketing officer at Centenary bank, Tororo before Chief Magistrate Court in Tororo on charges of Theft and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Naluyima denied the charges and was remanded until 16/04/2025.

The accused joins Asangai David the Tororo District Community Development Officer who was already charged on the same charges.

Court heard on Friday 11 April that Naluyima working as a Marketing Officer at Centenary Bank, Asangai David and others still at large between September and October 2023, conspired and stole millions of Shillings meant for the eldery under the SAGE program within different subcounties in Tororo and Busia districts.
