KAMPALA
The IGG, Hon Beti Namisango Kamya had directed the permanent secretary in the ministry of lands and urban development to sack the commissioner for lands registration over fraud.
In the April 25 , 2025 letter, Hon Kamya directed the PS Dorcas Okalany to effect Mr Baker Mukaino’s inderdiction to pave way for investigations.
It’s alleged that Mr Mugaino has been accused of cancelation of genuine land tittles and replacing them with fake special tittles, arbitrary cancelation of caveats and facilitating formation of double/ multiple certificate of land tittles on a single piece of land among others.
