People seeking to own homes around Kampala , Uganda mostly those working abroad and inland are set to smile after tycoon Hajj Hassan Bulwadda launch another multi_billion project for home seekers.
Through his Bulwadda Real Estates company, he has launched a one dollar equation program where people can now own low cost homes in a blink of an eye.
Self contained three bed rooms home costing 97 millions Uganda shillings are up for grabs with in a grace period of two years.
Addressing selected Media at his Bulwadda mall along Gayaaza road where Bulwadda Real Estates offices are located, he said the deal starts with a registration of 500,000 shillings and a first deposit of 39m Uganda shillings and the balance can be paid within two years.
Good well constructed homes will be in locations like Dundu along Gayaaza road, Mpigi along Masaka road, Kalule along Bombo road and Kasanje_ Nakawuka along Entebbe road meaning the customer will have to make a choice after inspection.
” We are bringing this to help people realize their dreams and avoid cheat brokers and relatives for people who live abroad or overseas” said Mrs Joanitah Shabahurira an executive at the Bulwadda Real Estates company.

All monies are banked after agreeing with management according to information given to media.
