Security and other relevant authorities are hunting for self styled officer to answer charges of fraud.
Ssekidde Lubowa Godfrey also known as ” Maj Gen Sam Kiwanuka” is alleged to have defrauded USD 197,670.
According to State House Anti Corruption unit which is leading the hunt in relation with other anti graft agencies, he is wanted for fraud.
It’s alleged that he defrauded Sidari Limited(Kenya) using forged documents from the office of the president and Bank of Uganda.
Security asked whoever has information about his where about to contact them using a toll free line 0800202500.
