However when the magistrate and her team reached the land located at Bukasa In Wakiso district private security guards advised them to leave immediately or face it rough.
The land is being guarded by NEC a security company alleged to belong to a one high ranked millitary officer.

Court had through it’s August 29, 2025 letter asked the DPC at Entebbe police station to provide security since court was to visit the locus.

By the time her worship and team arrived the scene at around 4:30 pm Police had not deployed which forced the magistrate to vacate the locus for her life after being surrounded by NEC security guards.

” We cannot hit the ground without police it’s not safe. We shall have to find another day” the chief magistrate told her team.

Court was coming to.hear a miscellaneous application No 281 of 2025 where Lukwago Marietta Agnes and five others are the plaintiff (Administrators of the late Jane Nansikombi Estate) while Eleanor Maxine Ankarar is the defendant.

It was not clear why police never deployed despite the letter which sought police actions.

The application stems from.the main suit already lodged in the High court Entebbe where two families are vying for land on Block 482 with multiple plots which is under contention.
In the main case under civil suit No 540 of 2025, . Mrs Lukwago Marrietta Agnes and five others want the defendant Eleanor Maxine Ankarar to be thrown out of the late Nansikombi estate.

Initially it was alleged that the head of State House Anti Corruption Unit( SHACU) Brig Gen Henry Isoke was soiling his hands in the same land in guise of protecting one of the claimant.

However when contacted, Gen Isoke’s minders said the accusations were misplaced.

They said their office was called to investigate the matter which it did with police and that now the issues are before court.
In 2019, Justice Catherine Bamugemereire clashed with soldiers who were guarding a piece of land in Mutungo who even threatened to shoot her and her accompaniments.
