For just a small misunderstanding over shs 30,000/_, police boss Clive Nsiima saw nothing less than two slaps in cash.

He then proceeded to pay the bill leaving the poor victim in tears.

This was at a small supermarket in Kyanja, Kawempe division.

Now police has moved fast and arrested (ASP) Clive Nsiima to answer fir his behaviours.

His epidodes were captured by the security CCTV at the supermarket and will likely make the evidence.

“I am parking; have you ever driven such a car?” he is heard saying before adding, “She’s there disturbing me over Shs 30,000. Do you think I can run away with Shs 100,000? I can slap you even with these cameras here and tomorrow we go to court.”

By press time Nsiima was still in coolers .

Police spokesperson Rusoke Kituuma confirmed the arrest of a suspect, saying: “I hereby confirm he has been arrested.” He did not identify the suspect.

Those in the know told media Nsiima, is attached to the Counter Terrorism Directorate under the Oil and Gas Protection Unit.

Officers from the Professional Standards Unit (PSU)were handling the matter.
