They have been remanded till the 19th of November, 2025.

The accused persons are Ssejjombwe Ibrahim, Kyeyune Allan, and Musoke Joseph.

It is alleged that between January and October 2025, the accused persons and others still at large, while claiming to be bibanja holders, collected a big number of persons armed with pangas and sticks, and violently entered, graded land comprised in Block 314, Plot 846, Busiro, located at Bukasa in Wakiso District, belonging to Dr. Paul Biriibwa and Peter Biriibwa.

They also massively destroyed several properties on the land, including workers’ residential houses, animal shelters for cows, goats, and pigs, a wall fence, water tanks, trees, coffee and banana plantations, cameras, solar systems, and a 40ft container.

Investigations further revealed that the accused had no evidence or documentation to prove any lawful claim over the said land, and have not been in occupation or possession of the said land at all, while the complainant has occupied it for over 20 years with a valid title dating back to 2001.

The accused are also said to have carried out the destruction without any court order.
