NAKASERO
POLICE in Kampala is hunting for thieves who broke into a chinese residential apartment in the heart of the city and made off with millions of cash.
The incident happened over the weekend on Market street, Nakasero when thieves entered a storely building and stole money amounting to UGshs 600 millions in hard cash.
The chinese has been residing on Capital shopper plaza, the last building as you join Entebe road, from Nakasero market next to centenery bank branch along Entebbe road.
A police source told this Media that the thieves are suspected to have climbed via the building underconstruction which is neighbouring Capital shoppers plaza because the chinese slept atop the Plaza.
Chinese businessmen and investors are known not to bank regularly so the thieves must have been following their victim for some time according to unvestigations.
