First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba has held talks with uncle and Gen Salim Saleh.

Shortly after the meeting, Muhoozi tweeted that one day he would be president of Uganda.

The meeting was revealed by Senior Journalist Andrew Mwenda.

“Yesterday, the colonel general held yet another conference with two other generals – @mkainerugaba and Salim Saleh at Kapeka (yes, at Kapeka) to discuss matters of national interest,” Mwenda tweeted.

The Senior Presidential Advisor in charge of Special Operations later said Gen Kahinda Otafiire was his uncle and that he would never fight him.

“Let me make this very clear for the world. General Otafiire is another uncle of mine. He is a close comrade of my father. I will never fight him,” Muhoozi said.
