VOCAL singer Ronald Mayinja who in March ended his musical sabbatical with a mega concert at Serena has released a hot song warning those who have been forgetting that Buganda’s King is untouchable to rescind or perish.

Dubbed ” Kabaka Mwenyango” the song suggests that only those who don’t know or who are forgetting Kabaka’s position and strength can choose to test His mighty but will go down because the King is at another level.

The song now playing on CBS FM and other airwaves has taken the Kingdom , country and world by storm sending Buganda and Kabaka detractors in disarray.

The strong message packed song, Ronald Mayinja style has a rich plot of foolish village dogs which after eating all rabbits in the community came up with a dangerous decision of going to eat lions surprising everyone as this was to their complete doom.

It rhymes well with the long Buganda adage of Kabaka being a lion who will destroy any tiny animal which engaged him overtly or covertly.

The song comes at a time when a section of Baganda youth and wanting politicians have been using Kabaka to gain cheap popularity for political results and social media favors.

The same gang has been scorning Kabaka’s leadership in Buganda”s seat , Mmengo causing a backlash.

According to various music experts who preferred anonymity , the new song is poised to cleanse singer Mayinja to win back his somehow lost fan base.

Until his March 8, 2024 concert at Kampala Serena hotel, Mayinja had exiled himself in the US after his large group of opposition fans in Uganda snubbed his concerts, accusing him of ditching Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine, in favor of NRM’s candidate, Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni during the 2021 general elections.

It was alleged that Mayinja’s switching to Museveni saw him bag a Landcruiser truck, plus money.

Mayinja was one of the founders of the defunct Eagles production band after moving from Emittoes band of fallen Umar Katumba and is a big house name because of his musical vocals dubbed with socio _ political messages .
