Police Ready To Grill Dorothy Kisaka, Top KCCA Bosse

THE police CID department is more than prepared to start quizzing former KCCA Executive Director Ms Dorothy Kisaka, her Deputy ingneer David Luyimbazi and public healthy director Mr Daniel Okello.
This follows police summons over the weekend inviting the three former bosses to kick start investigations.
President Museveni fired Kisaka and others rescentl has also allegedly following an IGG report which implicated them.
Museveni further instructed the police CID department and other criminal agencies to institute criminal charges against the sacked bosses.
A police source told this Media that officers at Kibuli were ready for the quizzing.
The Kiteezi land fill collapsed killing over 35 people and displacing many others.
Investigations by IGG, police and other relevant bodies indicate that KCCA top bosses acted with gloss negligence leading to the catastrophe.
Immediately after the incident, the Lord mayor Hajj Erias Lukwago accused the top leadership of KCCA technical wing saying the disaster was an accident in waiting.
As the IGG’s office was investigating, other bodies notably the State House Anti Corruption Unit headed by Brig Gen Henry Isoke is equally carrying out major investigations with in KCCA.
