Hajj Jafari Munakyalo former councilor of Kasubi parish , Kampala district to Lubaga division council and a staunch NRM regional mobilizer is seeing stars after using over a billion party cash meant for regional mobilisation and support on personal errands.

It’s alleged that Munakyalo who deals in printing party materials like posters, T shirts and other campaign materials used the money to put up high ended house in Bunamwaya and a fuel business chain yet to be licensed.

Sources close to this matter told our Writer that his bosses are now on his neck demanding for accountability.

” His fuel business has been blocked until he accounts for this money and even his newly constructed house may be attached” said a close pal.

But when contacted, Hajj Jafari said he was working around overcoming his financial woes before dropping the call on us.

Munakyalo is not new to controversy because during 2021 campaigns which he lost to an NUP candidate , he caused commotion until he was restrained by his bosses.
