Police Kills 4 Robbers In Kampala Top Bank

KAMPALA

FOUR robbers were today shot dead by police in a daring robbery attempt while a fifth one was critically injured and under police arrest.

The incident happened at acacia mall premises and the robbers were poised to carry billions had police not acted swiftly according to security sources.

In a brief statement by police, it said those killed have been on police watch list for notorious robberies around the country.

“These individuals were already on the police watch list and are believed to be linked to a series of robberies,” the statement said.

Police promised to reveal more details on those gunned and the foiled game plot.

A heavy police presence was reported at the scene as further investigations and stitch up continued to unearth whoever was involved.
