Deputy Presidential Press Secretary Faruk Kirunda said the spymaster died at Doctor’s Hospital Sseguku along Entebbe Road where he had been taken this evening.

Sources say Oluka last year travelled abroad on a medical review with his wife and personal doctor.

Before his death on Wednesday evening he had been in office and when he went home for prayers as usual he collapse and was rushed to hospital where he died from.
