Another boys scouts boss was yesterday Thursday August 29th, 2025
, arraigned at Court Justice over multiple charges.
Mr Muledhu David, the purported National Executive Secretary of the so-called Uganda Boys Scouts Association was charged before the Makindye Magistrate’s Court.
He faces charges of Unlawful Occupation of Land Belonging to Another, Malicious Damage to Property, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Forcible Detainer, and Forcible Entry.
Muledhu joins seven co-accus ed scout leaders namely, Buragahare Mujuni Patrick, Butumbwire Stephen, Mugisha John, Musoke Stephen Brian, Mununuzi Alex, Orwanga Michael Richard, and Anyango Francis—who were earlier charged in the same matter.
The group is accused of violently taking over the National Camping and Scouts Centre at Kaazi–Busaabala, Masajja Division, Makindye Ssabagabo Municipality on 24th June 2025, disrupting operations of the Uganda Scouts Association and causing extensive damage to property.
Mr. Muledhu denied the charges and was remanded until 1st September 2025.
