Kampala. Pupils have pinned a 28-year-old Headteacher who offered them school fees in return to sexual assault, in noticed for years.

The victims told the International Crimes Division Court sitting in Kololo on Thursday that also they would exchange sex for pardon in case they were caught breaking the school rules.

The mind boggling case is against Mr. Mpagi Didas alias Bakulu who was the Headteacher of Real Infant Primary School in Wakiso District.
Six girls aged between 10 and 16 years have come up to claim they fell victims to Mpagi’s alleged sexual exploitation behaviour are .

Police reports say their parents were paying half tuition while Mpagi paid the other half.

Mpagi is also alleged to have been sharing sleeping quarters with the pupils and this have him a chance to commit the crime between 2017 and 2019. The dormitory housed both the boys and the girls.

A victim then aged 13years and now 16, has told the Presiding Judge, David Wangutsi that he fell victim to Mpagi’s actions after he was accused of talking in class.

“That evening, Mpagi called me to his bed and asked if I wanted to be forgiven, when I said yes, he had sex with me until I completed Primary 7” one victim said.

The Victim also told court that when she threatened to report the accused to his parents, the accused, in turn, threatened to kidnap him.

Bedsheets stained with victims blood and accused person’s semen have been tendered in court as an exhibit.

Hearing of this case continues with now the 8th Prosecution witness being led by State Attorney Joseph Kyomuhendo.
