KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has enlisted 79 arcades that have complied with the covid19 restrictive operating procedures.
But one of the arcades was immediately scrapped off the list after the congestion of traders and clients.
