KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: President Museveni has said Primary and secondary schools will re-open next year as he directed churches and markets to reopen with a limited number of people.

But he said this will be after 4.8 million people in priority and vulnerable groups are fully vaccinated. Of the number are teachers and students 330,000 aged 18 years and above.
