KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The Mwanga II Chief magistrate Nansambu Esther Rebecca has set October 25,2021 to give her ruling in a case filed by the National Resistance Movement ( NRM’s) Prince Wasajja Eddie Ggulu versus Henry Kalyango of National Unity Platform (NUP) and the Electro Commission (EC.)

This was on Thursday afternoon after EC officials and Rubaga returning office told  court that the results which gave Kalyango victory were in made error.During cross examination court learnt that Wasajja’s results at Up To Date P/S were doctored, altered or left out.

The developments boosted Wasajja and his supporters’ morale starting early celebrations at court and Kawaala.
Wasajja asked court to declare him the genuinely elected Kawaala III victorious councilor.

At an earlier sitting, court quashed Kalyango’s requests to have the case thrown out on technical grounds sighting bad spirit.
