The man and woman captured on the roadside in Kisoro town having sex have been arrested and charged with the offense of being public nuisance.
Mr. Hafashimana Paskari, 29, a resident of Migeshi village in Rwaramba parish and Muhawenimana Colodine Mukamurenzi, 24 of Nyakinama subcounty kisoro, District were taken into custody on Wednesday.
Their roadside sex video captured on Tuesday along a busy roadside opposite Kisoro central pharmacy in Kisoro municipality continues to make rounds.
In a video, Mukamurenzi and Paskari are seen without care and aside a busy road engaged in acts of what should be bedroom adventures.
The video appears to show the couple walking up the road conversing while Mukamurenzi is pushing the man’s bicycle. The man calculatively, pulls back to ensure he is walking right behind the woman.
Paskari then pulls Mukamurenzi by her waist up close to his chest and with his other hand, removes his manhood dipping himself into the skirt of the lady.
The Kigezi regional police spokesperson Elly Maate confirmed the arrest of the couple together with their bicycle.
