KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The deputy speaker of Parliament, Anita Annet Among has asked legislators to stay home as suspended sittings until further notice.

Her decision follows suspected bomb explosions that hit parts of the city at Kooki House near CPS and Jubilee Insurance Building that also houses the Inspector General of Government offices. 

  • Letter asking MPs to stay away from Parliament.

Many people are believed injured and killed but one hour after the incidents, police has not issued a statement.
