KAYUNGA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: Horrific scenes are being witnessed in Kayunga LCV by-elections campaigns. Mityana Municipality MP Francis has been beaten into coma and is being driven to Lubaga Hospital for further management.
President Museveni joined the campaign early on Tuesday while NUP Principal Bobi Wine was held in his house at Magere with household staff beaten and arrested.
NUP’s candidate Harriet Nakwede, for the Kayunga LC V chairperson by-elections and colleagues have been beaten and wounded.
Meanwhile there are reports the NRM camp is dishing money and t-shirts ahead of multiple rallies to be held by the president.
