Kabaka Mutebi at capital shoppers, April 15 2021

Kabaka Mutebi has Thursday evening made an impromptu visit to Capital Shoppers in Ntinda.

A video showed him moving in the middle of his bodyguards at one moment turning back to greet people who were looking on.

This is the second appearance in two days this week.

He appeared in Mengo palace on Tuesday to celebrate his birthday.
