KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: Kabaka Mutebi on Tuesday appointed new servants and the level of Sub counties as he retired a many of the old guards.

The Kabaka returned from Germany from a medical trip on Saturday. A statement released by his press secretary gives details of different individuals and their new stations of work.
