KAPCHORWA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The Chief magistrate of Kapchorwa court, Godfrey Teko caused ugly scenes on Sunday morning as he allegedly drew a gun at bar waiter after failure to pay beer bills.

Teko also said to be the son of State minister Peter Lokeris allegedly got into a brawl at Mt. Moroto Hotel in Moroto Town on Sunday morning at 4am.

Reports said he had reportedly declined to clear his beer bills and that when the waitress demanded for the payment, because it was time to close the bar, Teko instead threated her and Drew a pistol at the helpless girl. But another version said that Teko had a quarrel with a relative and drew a gun at him. Police were yet to give a detailed account.

Other dwellers who were in the bar notified police that arrived on time arrestinf and detaining him at Moroto CPS.
