KAMPALA-UGANDA/UGANDA: A re-known city property advisor Mr. Francis Matovu has been taken to custody in a wider purge by deputy speaker Anita Among against individuals believed to be behind a damaging dossier in which she is accused of corruption.

Buto was picked from Imperial Royale hotel on Tuesday as he parked his Cross Country Mercedes Benz by men donning plain clothes but heavily armed.
He was reportedly whisked to Mbuya military facility where he was questioned before being transferred to Kireka Serious Crime Unit where he is being detained.

Police have not offered any official statement.

Earlier Among was accused of corruption in an anonymous dossier.

Part of the accusations, the deputy speaker is said in the period preceding becoming Deputy Speaker of parliament is accused by one Gidagui Gregory and illegally selling off and selling to him forest land comprising BLOCK 113 PLOT 555 Namanve at Shs. 6bn.
