KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The much hyped Team MK Chairman camp of Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has run broke, grounding all programmes lined up earlier ahead of the end of 2022.
Newsday has established that the camp led by Muhoozi’s uncle Toyota Michael Nuwagira is no longer going around the country as they used to do and there are no clear signs to resume the programmes.
“The last we heard of them was when they donated plastic chairs worth about sh8m to Bugingo’s church,” an inside source said.
We have also established that despite Team MK announcing that the young General would grace this year’s Annual Armed forces appreciation Motor Rally in Busiika, Muhoozi did not turn up.
Toyota and Secretary General Jacquie Namuyonga were left with no explanation at the time.
More details are now emerging about how the secretariat is divided by Muhoozi range of assaults aimed at different individuals ranging from the NRM secretariat to other players in the government as well as some media houses which have vowed to stop covering the General’s programmes.
Issues were made worse when a group of media players attacked the secretariat over failure to release facilitation for the past events.
Details of phone calls and whatsapp messages are being filtered and coming soon.
