KAMPALA: Law enforcement officers at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) have completed a grueling training course at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi.
According to KCCA, the pass out ceremony was presided over by the Minister for Kampala, Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, who was represented by the Deputy RCC Lubaga Division, Anderson Burora.
“The Minister said that the force must ensure that they observe citizen rights as they enforce law and order,” KCCA said.
“The training was done in two batches, totalling 150 officers. The Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka commended the leadership of NALI for the outstanding work done among the graduating teams.”
KCCA goal is to instill the values of integrity and teamwork in the force to promote a citizen sensitive enforcement regime.
