BUSHENYI: Reports coming in indicate that the National Water and Sewerage Corporation boss, Eng Silver Mugisha has joined the long list of wetland encroachers.

In Bushenyi district Mugisha is constructing a posh hotel in Kakoma swamp.

As environmental activists try to blow the whistle, some members of the district land board seem to have been compromised into denying that Mugisha built in a wetland.

This is not the first time a boss at NWSC is building in a wetland.

Just last year, another top official at the NWSC encroached on a swamp in Wakiso district while others have been sited in a scandal in Entebbe.

Efforts to reach Mugisha were futile as he could not pick our repeated phone calls from our official line published on this website.

We shall bring you a pictorial as soon as possible.
