KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: A frustrated Uganda People’s Defense Forces soldier has killed his boss, the State Minister for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations, Col Charles Okello Engola.
The soldier, who has been the body guard later shot himself dead in a nearby salon in Kyanja where Mr. Engola resided.
The speaker of Parliament, Anita Among confirmed the death of the minister during a Parliamentary sitting on Tuesday Morning.
