Another Daily Monitor journalist dies

Pauline Bangirana (pictured above) a journalist with Daily Monitor has died.

“We have just lost a colleague.  Pauline Bangirana, has just passed on at Nsambya hospital,” Daily Monitor administrator, Aida Nalubega told staff on Wednesday morning.

The death of Bangirana follows that of JB Ssenkubuge who died from Nsambya hospital nearly two weeks ago.

Ms Bangirana has been a writer in Society pages and her last publication was an interview with Allen Nakalanzi on April 2 who was describing her anxiety at a new work station.

Friennds have described Bangirana as a jolly lady.

On her tweeter handle Bangirana described herself as a “fun loving, stubborn, a writer and quite unpredictable. oh, I am God fearing. love myself so….have a weakness for children… that’s my passion”

Burial arrangements will be announced but limited to a few people as she succumbed to covid19.
