As part of accountability measures, opposition National Unity Platform (NUP) has announced new ground for the headquarters in Makerere Kavule.
“I’m very pleased to lay the foundation stone for the establishment of the NUP headquarters. To Gheto people call this place Bwaise and Kavule to those telling Baganda. But call it Makerere if you speaking to the up-class. Those who dismissed us as a mere wave will soon realize that we are a serious group, committed to leading the liberation struggle to its accomplishment,” Bobi Wine, NUP’s leader said during the ceremony.
