Lawyer Kasango wife sues mother-inlaw over delayed burial of husband.

The wife of the late Lawyer Bob Kasango has sued the deceased’s mother over antagonising her husband’s burial.

Ms. Nice Bitarabeho Kasango sued her mother in-law Rosie Kabise on March 15.
take notice that on 23rd March counsel for the aplicant shall be heard on the application.

Mrs. Kasango asked court to authorise her bury the body of her husband the late Kasango at Gweri Village in FortPortal City.

She also wants court to restrain Ms Kabise from interfering in the burial arrangements.

Mr. KAsango died from Luzira Prison where he was serving a 16 year sentence for corruption.
He was 46 years old.

His friend Andrew MWenda alleged he did not have acess to medication.

There was a scuffle at All Saints Cathedral, Kampala as relatives of deceased lawyer Robert Aldridge Kasango, aka Bob, fought over his body.

On March 2, a scuffle ensued after the funeral service at All Saints in Kampala after a disagreement on where he would be buried.

Ms. Kabise want him buried in Tororo, his ancestral place.
