What was supposed to be joy has turned into misery after the disappearance of a would be bride groom in Wakiso, today Saturday.

Dr Patrick Mbusa Kabagambe was due to get married with Ms Kobusingye Christabella in an Anglican Church in Wakiso today Saturday before he went missing.

The waiting family got stuck at the church and reception venue forcing relatives to lodge a complaint of a missing persons.

Ms Kobusingye herself lodged the complain at Kasangati police station on Saturday.
What is is even more worrying is that all known phone numbers 0772844871, 0702683911, 0726003296,  for Dr. Mwasa are off, according to a statement by Ms Kobusingye.

“He went missing in a motor vehicle  UBH 905X on our wedding day,” Kobusingye told police and she was issued with police reference SD REF 22/10/04/2021.

“The family is stuck with the wedding reception. Patriots, let’s assist trace the suspect /victim,” Kobusingye told police.

Deputy police spokesperson for Kampala metropolitan, Luke Oweyesigire confirmed the developments in a messege.

“They have just appeared at Police today and police is going to investigate the matter,” Oweyesigire said.
