Kampala. The human rights committee of  Parliament has directed the Uganda Police Force to arrest troubled socialite Brian Kirumira aka Bryan White for suspected sexual molesting and payments he made to girls he had impregnated.

Bryan White allegedly facilitated the abortions done by three girls through paying for medical bills and transportation.

“He did not accept any pregnancies.  The young girls were confined in Bryan White’s house for over a year and this wasn’t picked up by police,” said Hon. Henry Maurice Kibalya told Parliamenton Thursday during a debate of the committee’s report.

Bryan is accused of sexual abuse and violation of human rights against Vivian Mutanda, Stella Nandawula, Leticia Nabulime and others yet to be named.

It is alleged that Bryan disguised as an employer to the girls yet his intentions were sexual molestation.

“Bryan White should be “immediately arrested” and charged for all the sexual offences committed as outlined in the report because justice delayed is justice denied” the MPs said.

The Woman MP for Mitooma District Hon. Jovah Kamateeka said “having a Police Force that instead of implementing the maintenance of law and order, is the one abusing it, is absurd.”

MPs alleged that the police is protecting Bryan White.

“The Prime Minister to come and tell this country, the untouchable individuals who act with impunity and are being protected by SFC,”MP Kibalya said.

MPs accused Bryan for masquerading as a state agent.

Speaker Rebecca Kadaga said that it is ridiculous that criminals get protection instead of being prosecuted.
