Mass vaccination start at Kololo tomorrow

COVID-19 vaccination has kicked off  at Kololo Independence Grounds today May 31, 2021, and the exercise will run for ten days.

“On each if those days we will be starting from 9:00am to 5:00pm. All those in the priority groups and those eligible for their second dose are advised to take note,” the ministry of health spokesperson Emmanuel Ainebyona said.

The camp according to the ministry is intended to enable people access the vaccine easily. 

Last week, the head of the World health organization, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that cases recorded in the first months of this year surpass those of the whole of last year.
